How do you conquer your fear in sales?

There is not a single salesperson alive that likes rejection. Yet there are some in sales who can manage rejection better. And that makes the difference between a good and a bad salesperson. I will help your sales people create a tough skin so that they will be prepared to deal with setbacks. We will find boundaries and cross them with a healthy dose of pressure. Your sales people will receive tools during the sales training, so they can permanently conquer their fear.

How do you deal with rejection?

Everyone experiences rejection. Preparing for it is the best way to protect yourself from it. Being aware of your own driving force helps. By discovering why you do what you do, and communicating this to your client, makes you irresistible. Together we will find the “why” that comes straight from the hearts of your sales employees. Once this has been discovered, and we will, then no longer feels like work.

Which questions do you ask during a sales conversation?

Good and deliberate questions are the foundation for every sales person, because they determine whether or not the goal will be achieved. Together we will create powerful questions. In the sales training we will practice with smart questioning techniques and we will discover how you can close 80% of the deal by asking the right questions.
